Refund Policy
There are no cash refunds.

Exchanges must be done within 5 business days after purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

No exchanges on mesh items.

No exchanges on sale items.

Exchanges can only be done at the store location.

All jewelry pieces comes with a six (6) months warranty for discoloration that is redeemable only at our store location in princes town. This warranty does not apply to discounted/sale items or broken pieces.

The bill must be provided for both the exchange or warranty to be applicable.
